Community Led Planning

We work with communities and councils preparing Local and Neighbourhood Plans, shaping locally responsive policy and projects. We help to deliver plans in some of the most beautiful, historic and sensitive parts of the South West and Midlands – Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Oxfordshire and Devon – and recently in Wales.

We support all stages of plan preparation for Neighbourhood Plans: securing grants, engaging whole communities, gathering robust evidence, writing strong policies and supporting the formal stages of consultation, examination and referendum.

Our work on Local Plans focuses on collaborative approaches to plan-making, bringing parties together to develop widely agreed policies, reducing the conflict and cost of the examination stages and speeding practical delivery on the ground.
