Neighbourhood Planning

We work with communities preparing Neighbourhood Plans to help shape locally responsive policy and projects. We’ve helped to deliver plans in some of the most beautiful, historic and sensitive parts of the South West and Midlands – Wiltshire, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Oxfordshire and Bath & North East Somerset.

We also work to deliver collaborative approaches to plan making for Local Authority Plans and in Wales with the community-led Place Plans.

We support all stages of plan preparation for Neighbourhood Plans: securing grants, engaging whole communities, gathering robust evidence, writing strong policies and supporting the formal stages of consultation, examination and referendum.

Our work on Local Plans focuses on collaborative approaches to plan-making, bringing parties together to develop widely agreed policies, reducing the conflict and cost of the examination stages and speeding practical delivery on the ground.
