One bit we couldn’t write was about how plans are being used at the moment in assessing planning applications. We have now finished this work and the results of our research across the South West on ‘Neighbourhood Plans in Use’ can be downloaded here.

And finally, all this links to our recent commission to draft the guidance for Planning Aid Wales and the Welsh Government on Place Plans – their equivalent of Neighbourhood Plans.
